Work GREAT! January 5, 2009 *rose* (USA) I've had a couple sets of these for about 8 months and they work wonderfully. I love having batteries ready for me when they are needed and not having to buy and throw away batteries is a big plus. I use them in my Wii remotes and they last a long time. I keep the charger with my Wii and when the batteries need changing in the remotes, it's fast and easy to swap them out with the charged ones. I was going to get the Wii charge station, but this way I can use the batteries for other electronics, too.
Works Very Well January 2, 2009 Bobbie Filippides (Craig, CO) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I picked up a set of the batteries and charger and so far they have been working well. Out of the package they did have a charge and I shot for awhile with them around the house, but did charge them prior to leaving the house to make sure they were fully charged. I have not run the batteries down far enough to miss any shot yet - they have lasted whenever I have my camera out. Good solid purchase and I am happy to no longer add as much to the garbage by using disposable batteries.
Perfect for my needs January 2, 2009 D. Hentze (Staten Island via NJ) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have several high drain devices that have extended times between uses, and these AA batteries are just what I needed. Alkaline batteries were costly and didn't last long. Regular NiMH batteries worked great, but needed to be recharged if I left them around too long. The Eneloop batteries allow me to not worry about my devices sitting around for a few months without use, and the batteries being dead. The claim of "85% capacity after a year" might be stretching it a little, but I still have almost a full charge after several months of inactivity.
Works great in my digital camera January 2, 2009 Kevin in KY (Lexington, KY) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Eneloop are hands down the best rechargeable batteries I've ever used. Its what rechargeable batteries should have been from the start. Not the joke self discharging rechargeable junk that was all that was available till Eneloop came along. I'm certain the only reason big battery companies won't even attempt a battery like this is because it would destroy their business model. People might stop buying 40 packs of disposable batteries! gasp! These batteries truly are reusable and so much better for the environment. They are more expensive but worth it and will pay back the difference over alkalines quickly. I'm slowly replacing batteries in every device I own. I've been using these batteries about a year in devices that plow through batteries such as walkmans, tv remotes, digital cameras, kids toys, etc. They work fine with any NiMH rechargeable battery charger. Sanyo sells a charger, but even on their web site they say any charger is fine. The only warning I have is to make sure everyone in the family knows that these batteries should not be thrown away when they die, just recharge them and use again! What a concept! Say goodbye to disposable alkalines. I feel guilty for the hundreds of alkalines I threw out over the years.
Hold its charge in digital camera December 31, 2008 sunflowersNC (Charlotte, NC USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These are the best batteries by far I've used in my digital camera. I've been using them for over a month (over the holidays) and they have held their charge awesome! I typically have to replace batteries every 2-3 days. My other batteries always needed to be recharged and were worthless at holding a charge very long. I think I've finally found a good durable, reliable battery.
